2: Torroella de Montgrí - Espolla - Torroella de Montgrí |
This route begins and ends at the Molí del Mig Hotel and extends north into the area known as Alt Emporda visiting the area of L´Albera famous for its production of wine and olive oil, the route passes through both ancient olive groves and vinyards. Climbing to the village of Terrades (260m) with its stunning views of the Serra d´en Clotes.

3: Torroella de Montgrí - Cap de Creus - Torroella de Montgrí |
The route runs north from Torroella de Montgri visiting the medival villages of L´Escala and Castello d´Empuries. After which the route visits the Cap de Creus, where a visit to the important historic 10th century monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes at 532 m is recommended, the route then passes the old fishing villages of El Port de la Selva and optionally Cadaques the former home of Salvador Dali. Then the route passes over the peak ´Santa Helena´ on route to Sant Pere Pescador, a beautiful medieval village.

4: Torroella de Montgrí- Sant Feliu de Guíxols - Torroella de Montgrí |
Day 4 takes riders south into the coastal region of the Costa Brava passing the historic villages of Pals, Palafrugell, Palamos and Sant Feliu de Guixols. After which the route turns inland and climbs the Baga d´en Gussinyer and enters the Las Gavarres mountains passing Sant Grau d´Ardenya (400m) and Montagut (505m) with its historic castle. Then after visiting the town of Llagostera the route crosses the Gaverres via the beutiful village of Romanyá de la Selva untill reaching the town of Bisbal d´Emporda famous for its production of ceramics on route to the hotel.

5: Torroella de Montgrí- Els Angels - Torroella de Montgrí |
This route takes riders to the medieval villages of Rupià and Madremanya before visiting the Sanctuary of Els Angels. Using tested training routes used by many pro-teams for training and for local races the route crosses the Gavarres mountains first climbing Els Angels 484m and then returning via Puig d´en Carreres 403m. Then returning to the hotel via La Bisbal the principle town of the region.

This last route passes the famous rowing town of Banyoles, the lake in the town is the second highest natural lake in Europe and is an international training destination for rowers. Passing through an unspoiled agricultural area of Pla d´Estany.
